Die Optima-Aegidius-Firmengruppe ist seit über 50 Jahrenals familiengeführter Projektentwickler, Bestandshalter und Investor u.a. in München, Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Toronto, Detroit und Cadíz tätig.
Bisher wurden Projekte mit einem Volumen von rund 3 Mrd. € und 800.000 qm (BGF) erfolgreich entwickelt, vermietet und verkauft. Neben der klassischen Projektentwicklung mit einem derzeitigen Volumen von rund 1,5 Mrd. € werden Assets mit über 300.000 qm (BGF) gemanagt, darunter 2.000 Wohneinheiten.Aktuell beläuft sich die Projektentwicklungspipeline bis 2028 auf über 1,2 Mrd. €.
The Optima-Aegidius Group has been operating for over 50 years as a family-run project developer, portfolio manager and investor in Munich, Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Toronto, Detroit and Cadiz, among other locations. To date, projects with a volume of around €3 billion and 800,000 square metres (GFA) have been successfully developed, let and sold. In addition to traditional project development with a current volume of around €1.5 billion, assets with over 300,000 square metres (GFA) are managed, including 2,000 residential units. The current project development pipeline amounts to over €1.2 billion until 2028.
